HOW TO ORDER:
1) Select 'Add to Cart' for items you want to purchase. You may view in your local currency (MYR / SGD / BND / etc) by selecting the currency option selector on top left corner of the page.
2) After you have selected all your items, click 'Check Out' and enter your shipping details (Important: Please include your Mobile Number)
3) Proceed to payment. When making payment, please ensure Pop-up blocker is disabled
At the moment payment can be made via:
- ONLINE BANKING (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, BSN, etc)
- Bank deposit (ATM transfer, Cash deposit machine)
- Credit card
For bank deposit, please bank into the account number given and email bank in slip to email@example.com
If no payment received within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
4) After we have received your payment, we will proceed with your order. Shipping takes approx twenty working days subject to (customs clearance and logistics) to despatch from our warehouse (For international orders, please factor in the additional days to reach you depending on the mode of shipment chosen). We will email you with tracking code after order is sent out.
5) Please note that it is the customers' responsibility to trace their parcel from courier website themselves once the tracking number is given. We do not have any control of the parcel handling by the courier company. If your parcels are returned back to us due to possible reasons (unclaimed, wrong address given or no such person etc), customers need to pay for additional postage to post again the parcels.
